Wendy Redshaw joined the KiwiScraps Team in 2002 and now as Tutor Manager specialises in conducting cutting edge paper craft techniques classes.

As a professional tutor Wendy inspires others through her skill and passion to achieve exceptional levels of creativity whilst preserving their memories. Her creation of books and an affinity for many of the altered arts has established Wendy as having a reputation for the adaptation and use of many nontraditional products in her work.

Wendy is currently a member of the KiwiScraps Design Team and not surprisingly she has recently been recognized in the 2005 For Keeps, “Awards for Excellence” in Australia – winning the Excellence in Creativity Award. Her work is also about to be published in an international resource book.

Office Mania...

Using Autumn Leaves and other "Office Stationery" products such as manila folders and paper clips create a fun filled folio ideal for keeping a snap shot of memories in. The uses for this folio are endless – create folios for year by year school achievements, travel logs, birthday memories, family Christmas’s, family tree information... the list goes on.

Class Project: In class you will create a school folio ready to add your child’s school memories from achievements, awards, and samples of their work to those special pieces of art work.

Handmade Circle Journal

Learn how to hand bind your own albums, mini books and journals using the Coptic binding technique. This is a hand bound book starting with pieces of board, card and paper; add some clever stitching and some embellishments to create a treasured masterpiece. Once you have mastered this technique the possibilities are endless and you will amaze your friends and family with beautiful books to treasure.

Class project: In class you will create a Circle Journal.
